Jay has spent over 15 years building award winning talent management solutions for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations throughout his career. Jay has served as Director of Learning and Development for Digitas, a leading interactive advertising agency and for BrassRing, a leading HR technology and consulting services firm for Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations. Jay holds a BS in Business Administration Management from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ and a MS in Human Resources from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Jay is also an adjunct professor of human resources at Suffolk University, Boston, MA.
